This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is made by Man With a Van Putney in respect of the financial year ending 31 December and sets out the steps we are taking to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.

Man With a Van Putney provides transport, removals and related logistics services. While our direct operations are relatively small and primarily based in the United Kingdom, we recognise that risks of modern slavery can exist at any stage of the supply chain, including the sourcing of vehicles, fuel, equipment, uniforms, and the use of subcontracted labour and ancillary services.

Any confirmed instance of modern slavery associated with our operations or supply chain will result in immediate and appropriate action, which may include terminating relationships and reporting concerns to relevant authorities.

Our Supply Chain and Supplier Standards

Our supply chain includes vehicle manufacturers and leasing providers, fuel suppliers, equipment and packaging providers, cleaning and maintenance services, and other support services such as storage facilities. We expect all suppliers to comply with applicable laws on modern slavery and human trafficking and to work proactively to prevent exploitation and abuse.

We communicate our expectations to existing and prospective suppliers and require that they adopt standards consistent with our own. Supplier Audits and Due Diligence

These processes include risk-based assessments of suppliers, taking into account factors such as location, type of service, and the use of low-skilled or migrant labour.
